How Ordering Works

At Knots by Nadja, we carefully source our products from trusted suppliers. To ensure you receive the best quality and up-to-date availability, we follow a simple order-on-confirmation process.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Browse & Submit Your Order Request

  • Browse our online store and add your desired items to your cart as usual.
  • At checkout, select whether you will be collecting or require shipping.
  • When you check out, you’ll be submitting an order request — no payment is required at this stage.
  • This allows us to first confirm stock availability and lead times before you commit to payment.

Step 2: Stock Confirmation & Lead Time

Once we receive your order request, we will:

  • Confirm stock availability and pricing with our suppliers
  • Check estimated lead times
  • Contact you if there are any delays or alternative options

Step 3: Invoice Sent

If all items are available and you’re happy to proceed, we’ll send you an invoice via Zoho.

Please note: Orders are only placed with our suppliers once payment has been received. Any delays in payment will affect the estimated lead times.

Tip: You can also choose our “Build-A-Bag” option to add items throughout the month before paying.

Step 4: Payment

You can settle your invoice using the banking details provided.

Once payment reflects, your order is placed with our supplier and your items are secured.

Optional: Build-A-Bag Monthly Ordering

We also offer a convenient “Build-A-Bag” option for customers who would like to order multiple items over time.

This means you can keep an invoice open for the month and add items to it as you go.

How it works:

  • Simply let us know via WhatsApp you’d like to build a bag
  • We will keep your invoice open while you add items
  • When you’re ready, we’ll send your final invoice for payment (or we will send it at month-end)

This option helps you save on delivery costs, as you’ll pay one courier fee for multiple items.

NB: Your order will still only be placed with our suppliers once payment has been received. 

Step 5: Order Fulfilment & Delivery

We’ll keep you updated on your order’s progress and notify you once your items are ready for collection or shipping.

We courier nationwide using The Courier Guy.

Important Notes​

  • We do not keep stock on hand
  • Submitting an order does not guarantee availability
  • No payment is required until stock is confirmed
  • A monthly “Build-A-Bag” option is available to combine orders and save on courier costs
  • Lead times may vary depending on the supplier
