How do I order?
1. Browse our huge range, add items to basket and proceed to checkout.
2. Complete your billing details.
3. Choose whether you want your order to be delivered or if you will collect.
4. Make sure to accept the terms & conditions and optionally sign-up for our newsletter.
5. Place order and make payment via Yoco.
6. Orders containing products which are in stock will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders that include products which are listed as “available on backorder”, stock levels will be confirmed with our suppliers upon receipt of your order. Please note it can take up to 10 business days to receive products as our suppliers are based all around South Africa. In the unfortunate event that we cannot source the products you ordered you will be refunded.
How long will my order take to reach me?
South Africa:
As we keep minimal stock on hand it can take up to a 10 days to receive the products from our suppliers. Delivery by a courier will take 2 – 5 working days to reach you depending on the area in which you live. Thus, when placing an order please keep a turn around time of approximately 14 days in mind.
How do I track my order?
You’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves us. You can track your order using this link.
